Application and Features:
Type WD,WDF,WDL,WG and WGF sewage pumps are of new series designed in compliance with Ministry Standard“Centrifugal Sewage Pump”JB 2975.The series of pump is a high efficiency and energy saving product with advanced design,compactive construction,little installation space and high efficiency.
Type WD,WDL and WG pumps are suitable for delivering sewage,feces and liquid with fibre or suspensions at a temperature under 80°C(The block sizes of suspensions should not be more than 80%discharge diameter.)
The wet parts of the type WDF,WGF sewage pumps are made of stainless-steel.Therefoore,the pumps are suitable for delivering acid,alkalinous and other corrosive sewage.The pumps may be used for delivering chemical fluid at a temperature not being more than 80°C in the process of chemical industry and for delivering the fluid of food industry.
The discharge direction of type WD,WDF,WDL,WG and WGF pumps can be changed in any direcfion at 45°.For 250 WD,and 250 WDL pump it may be rotated in 12 directions at 30°space.Packing seal is generally adoped for shaft seal.Acid—resistant asbestos packing or mechanical seal is adopted for type F corrosive—resistant pump.The bearings are lubricated with grease,except for type 250 WD pump lubricated with oil.
